Robert Barber is a seasoned leadership trainer, consultant, and executive coach with over 26 years of diverse experience spanning executive HR, serial entrepreneurship, engineering, sales, and marketing. He specializes in helping executives and HR teams engineer high performance in leadership development, organizational strategy, and human capital management.
As a best-selling author of CEO For Life, Robert is renowned for his innovative training programs and masterminds. Currently, he is the founder and lead coach of Paratus Consulting, where he focuses on high performance leadership training and HR strategy.
Before founding Paratus Consulting, Robert was an Operating Principal at a multimillion-dollar luxury residential and commercial investment firm and served as the Executive Leader of HR at a Fortune 150 company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA. However, Robert attributes his success to his start as a Walt Disney World Jungle Cruise Captain.
