THRIVE Model Overview
THRIVE for Students offers a meticulously crafted 6-step process, divided into 12 lessons, to build a holistic unit. The goal? To empower students to design both a professional and personal life that flourishes, regardless of their chosen path. Each step of the process comprises two essential components. The initial part focuses on a robust strategic plan, while the subsequent part emphasizes nurturing success competencies. Together, these elements pave the way for a life that truly THRIVES.
What Is Included
THRIVE for Students is a comprehensive curriculum divided into 12 interconnected lessons. We also offer a version tailored for workshops or retreats. Sequentially designed, these lessons guide students through strategic planning for both their professional and personal lives. Key topics covered include: Purpose-Driven Vision Statements, Motivational Values, Self-Care, Curiosity Goals, and Stakeholders. Throughout the course, we also emphasize the development of essential success competencies, such as Growth Mindset, Self-Actualization, Resilience, Boldness, Curiosity, Creativity, Focus/Discipline, and Empathy.
The curriculum is facilitated through in-class video lessons, detailed lesson plans, preparatory videos for instructors, and a comprehensive student workbook. (A workshop and retreat version is also available)

I came to real estate from a decade long career with Florida Power & Light, Inc where I held many positions of increasing responsibility during my tenure. When I decided to leave FPL to pursue a career in real estate, I was Director of Human Resources with responsibility for over 1000 employees in 26 states.
Since entering real estate in 2006, I have completed several commercial and residential transactions totaling more than $Hundreds of million dollars and gained the designation of CCIM. During that time, I also help build the firm into the leading full service real estate company with $917mm. In 2019 sales and the number one auction company in Florida. With over a decade of experience with Fortune 150 corporations overseeing HR in 26 states for 4000 employees, I am confident in my ability to deliver the highest level of service to my clients in many areas.
